- Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons per unit.
- $50.00 nonrefundable administrative fee due at the time of booking
- $129.00 departure clean applies for each reservation.
- Three-night minimum stay required.
- Five-night minimum stay for:
- New Years’ Eve/Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve/Day
- $400.00 Deposit
- Cancellation Policy if you booked in 2023:
- 55.00 fee charged if cancelled at least 60 nights or more prior to arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled with less than 60 nights notice.
- Booked in 2025 you must pay full balance 60 days prior to check in and if you cancel you will lose it all.
- Early Departure:
- NO Refund for early departure
- Management may exercise discretion in circumstances involving emergency situations.
- Service Animals:
- There is a $500.00 additional cleaning fee for Service Animals
